Hudson - that is another 'strange' comment from you. They do pop out occasionally (for, dare I say it, 'understandable' reasons).
A surer reading of the announcement is that it entails a major escalation of the 'Telink deal' in two ways - one, being confirmation, by implication, that ADRC has been successfully ported to Telink's chips and, two, that there is a concrete revenue share agreement (with the 17.95%).
That IS significant progress in anyone's language, I would have thought.
But then again, easy for me to say as I do not carry a trading parcel
