17.95% of what? We knew the deal was already there between xped and telink. so thats not new. Now we know it gets 17.95% of something.
That provided no actual new info. In fact it has no more info at all than the last time they said they were entering an agreement that included revenue sharing. Now we know its a percentage. A defined percentage. Of an unknown amount.
It also did not say porting was complete. I imaging its going to happen. Or I would not be here. But your not going to suddenly see massive volume on the "implication" that something we are already expecting has already happened....
Its an update to be sure. But it has no extra quantifiable info than we already had. Simple as that. Dont know why you have an issue with me pointing out the obvious.
