Interesting that everyone reads this as being a negative point...
I have a different read on this statement.
I imagine Environmental Impact forms a continuous part of any mine operation.
i.e. testing of contamination, management of spoils etc.

Supplemental EIS reports will likely form an ongoing and integral part of mine management.
Whilst it is possible the EIS approval maybe delayed waiting on this supplement report it is equally possible the EIS is approved without this supplement report...  Has any actually asked the company?

Just because progress is not at a speed we would prefer some on HC are pulling apart every word and sentence from every announcement and forming opinions with many incorrect assumptions.  As Samuel L Jackson said on a Long Kiss Goodnight.   "An assumption makes an Ass out of You and Umption!!"

If you are really that concerned please contact the company and ask them some specific questions to satisfy yourself.  

What is fact is TNG is ever closer to the result we seek and the reason we invested...
They keep ticking the boxes and will continue to do so.
