With the current state of affairs I think even vending into something else seems impossible with debts and disarrayed board. The only hope for shareholders is that this will be suspended for many months while they try and clean up the registry and hope to come out a clean shell. Forget about the XTV platform, it's a complete dud. They'll probably do better by trying to secure some useless lithium ground somewhere in Africa. In any case current shareholders shouldn't expect to get too much from the aftermath. Sorry to be blunt..
