So, that's an accounting error?
Why would the company double handle - if it's not an error, $12.2 million will have been spent on development in 2 quarters.
The company previously announced it was committing to a $7 million dollar capital upgrade.
As a heads up as well - the last quarterly released in April, found here - suggested expected outflows of $4.8 mill.
Today's quarterly reveals $10.2 mill was spent - why is the variance so large?
