I think the court case & all the associated costs could damage the company, but the sp is holding well atm. Although they have only just started the mud slinging.

Add $1.6m onto srx's profit for last year & the balance sheet looks a lot sexier. Plus the tax they paid (which we think was to the US) might give them tax credits redeemable here.
