I think it is rather important in this scenario to remember that just because there is a resource doesn't mean it will be mined economically - as KBL have amply demonstrated.
Unfortunately (their favourite term) KBL management has always been reactive rather than being proactive and visionary (which would have led to contingency planning etc. and not taking the lazy way out at the last second).

Unless that leopard changes spot - not an ice cube's chance in hell..........................

And so far I've seen no forward looking planning statement indicating that this might happen.
6 mill now to tie them over and then what - Feb '17 the KBLGA notes are due................ borrow more money or issue another bucket load of shares or offer us KBLGA note holders 18% interest ?

I will need convincing to change my vote and a MD unreachable before a major GM vote gives me no confidence.
