Ann: IOT Group completes $11.975M capital raising-IOT.AX, page-195

Hey Coppa, I apologise if this is a dumb question but why would the extra 100million shares dilute the SP. If they're part of a CR isn't the extra capital that it brings making the company bigger in terms of market cap. In the end, all things aside, these extra shares shouldn't affect the SP, right? Can someone with a bit more experience in shares explain this to me? Even the options that are given to the directors shouldn't dilute our shares unless they sold them - and they won't be doing that any time soon IMO.
