    Measured reserves is 5000 tonnes containing 2500 oz. This little pocket will cost $168 × 5000 = $840k.
    2500 oz at 85% recovery at $1800/0z = $3,825,000.
    Nearly $3mill profit for the first 5000 tonnes of mining.
