GMM will be delisted with in days of the merger. But looking at the numbers it was definitely a great merger for both companies. Hopefully alleviating the need of a JV on SDV. They should also be able to bring James Bay to production quicker. They should be able to use at least half of the prepayment to pay down debt. With more income coming in Q3 they should be able to negotiate at near debt free and in good standings with OCP. I'm sure the $100 million will be an easy to loan to get and service. With phase one in production I would imagine within a quarter they would start phase 2. With the way everything is coming together they should be able to be at full capacity in 2020. With not a lot of lithium juniors even close to production Galaxy will be one of the few bringing new production. Heard recent estimates for a 3-400% in lithium demand in less than 5 years. That's going to keep price elevated for quite some time. The fact that lithium is such a small cost of the battery would allow prices to be elevated without a lot of negative impact on overall price. If oil goes back up which one day we know it will it will make the elevated price of lithium even less of a problem. Also in that five year range lithium air batteries should be coming to market putting major upward pressure on electric cars. With 1000 mile or roughly 1800 Km per charge the possible market for electric cars is going to hit a super inflection point. Not only because of longer range but less strain on the grid. There is a Chinese company that came up with a natural gas fueled generator which seems to be the ultimate in forms of HEV. Super clean burning and with ranges that are twice current. I'll have to look for the link but they are getting 1150 miles on a charge plus a small tank of LNG. All things considered the vehicle cost per mile was les than half of the next best thing. It's going to be a interesting next couple of years and with technology improvements it will be the power generation of choice hands down. ICE engines will have no comparison. Good luck everyone.
