    Sounds like the SS seasoning (I believe this is what they call it) is the exact same as a cast iron camp oven. Detergent only to give it its first clean. Heat up with a coating of oil (inside obviously) and let it cool, use paper towels to wipe out excess. From then on nothing should stick, if it does just repeat the seasoning technique again. Wash normally with a warm water.
