Thanks Snow.....maybe my hopeful August timeframe is out a touch. I know only what has come through the anns as we all do. You ask a good question re commitment of funds to date. I would assume no....600m public placement to take care of that - however, my concern around this is who is going to take out the placement. On current sentiment the public market may only take out a third of that if we are lucky - who gets offered OR takes out the other two thirds ??

Appreciate your disclosure on voting - I see your point re director share issues and their performance to date. This needs to be the turning point / action time for their performance as we have heard the same rhetoric that many of us are tired of hearing regarding these acquisitions. Time will tell
