Andrew and what if the ML is granted so late that other supply comes on to depress the price as it has numerous times in the past?
By too late I mean over a year and a half from now because we have to build a plant others can just fire up brown field resources. There is a clear window and we can't afford to miss it.
I'm not saying the SP won't go up with a zinc price spike but we could miss getting a plant up.
