The most telling sign is the total lack of new charity sign ups. Forget user downloads/usage figures, acu have very very few charities to donate to, and they are mostly small.

Further more, the charities they have signed up make no mention of the app on their sites, they just don't seem interested.

If the idea was as good as it seems you'd think the charities would be falling over themselves to sign up, AND be actively promoting it.

Imo it was a good idea that just didn't pan out.
