    You are jumping to conclusions zinvestor:

    Firstly, 60 to 70,000 t in the ground are NOT what can be recovered – there is a thing called the Second Law of Thermodynamics that says no process can be 100% efficient.

    Secondly, we have no idea what annual production they have in mind.

    Nevertheless, it seems a good project.
