Totally agree. Start with 2mT and give the upside potential of 4mT.
We had 8 mou's, one named that went broke from what I recall.
That left 7 confidential mou's
Never heard of that before and my guess is it was PLS that wanted it confidential.
I can't imagine 7 companies all wanting to be anonymous.
Let's get back to basics and place the 2mT before we look to 4 seriously.
I also agree that there has been some lost confidence over TT and getting 2mT working would get that back.
Management is improving now NB is not controlling things.
Our big problem is KB. He may be good at many tings but he is not a front man for a company. His interviews are boring and lack drive to say the least.
I'm not having a go at him as it's likely just his personality.
