Looks like the much loved and highly respected SWE management were already considering the insolvency route as early as March.
Not something that was suggested at the AGM going by certain posters reports.

I declare the following relationship circumstances that lead to
my appointment:
I was introduced to one of the directors and the Secretary of the Company during March 2016 by Mr Peter Grant, a director of
the Company
. Mr Grant is a director of a public company in
which I have a minority financial interest
;On 1 April 2016,I issued an engagement letter to the Company
to conduct a very brief desktop review of the financial position of the Company and outline the insolvency regime in Australia
