@crovonox , we already integrate with a number of cloud based practice management software systems today, some do also provide their own online appointment booking capability and ours works along side it just fine. We are however also a marketplace (portal), and none of these offer a patient an app that I am aware of, which means the patient must go to the practices website to book an appointment. Many use ours preferentially over the PMS vendors online appointment booking product (cause its superior), but I don't mind as it doesn't really matter - let the customers choose. At the end of the day, what we do is different and the sophistication of our solution is almost always better than what a cloud based vendor can create for themselves. What you must remember is what kind of experience do you want as a patient - one app to book all of my preferred healthcare services, or dozens of apps or websites each with their own usernames, passwords and then patient details maintained within each of them? I doubt long term that this is what consumers will prefer. This very issue has played out in other industries too like accommodation. The aggregators (this is what we are), will win I believe at the end of the day as they have in other markets.
