If PYC did have something important to say, I certainly hope they aren't going to just slide it into a quarterly.
From mid July everyone is bombarded with quarterly news on all stocks and these results may get lost in the traffic.
Don't board's of directors have a continuous disclosure obligation on these types of material things anyway?
