I spoke to the Executive Chairman (Hugh Warner) last night, mainly about Freehold's "concerns" - I suggest if anyone has any concerns to contact him as he was very prompt and happy to help.
The gist of it was that all is going great and they are positive and happy with everything they've encountered so far and that everything is going according to plan.
I am waiting on a reply from Hugh to get his OK to post the actual information that I received from him on here - he has been very prompt so shouldn't take too long.
