Actually we are both wrong. The announcement on the 8th was for holdings on the 7th, todays announcement was for holdings on the 11th. So 2 business days, 4 days including the weekend.

I hope the acceptance rate does pick up, but still think the dfs will be needed to get it over the line. I'm not in a hurry to accept the offer, I don't want my shares to be in limbo for possibly several months depending on whether they need to extend the offer.
