    It's implied in the 4th and 6th dot points in the 'highlights' of the announcement.

    If the 'chipset manufacturer' referred to in the announcement was a third party, the announcement would have indicated such. The announcement 'highlights' are unambiguous in referring to 'both companies', not several companies.
