They have more than enough cash in the bank and more than enough shares on the register so I don't see the SPP as being necessary or a particularly good idea at the moment anyway. Lots looking to exit at 0.5c at the moment and may stay that way until after the SPP closes.
They announcement didn't specify the raise amount which was odd, it's normally capped.
