There are recent reports of quite a few RFP's (requests for product) going out to the market lately from utilities,
So possibly now / very soon
PEN has signed 440 million worth of sales contracts in recent times at average price of 55$ per pound,
PDN need to stop relying on spot and get similar arrangements
Spot price gets too much attention although PDN does rely on spot more so than others
