Based on the average shares of the 21-50 holders, I've just missed the cut.
I mentally flipped back and forth on the pros and cons of the deal, but painfully voted yes.

My decision was made after:
Going to a couple of pubs and clubs and trying out Ainsworth and Aristocrat's machines and games.
Downloading Players Paradise and Heart of Vegas.

There's no doubt in my mind AGI needs help. The quality of Ainsworth's products are second tier, and the A600 demonstrates they are lacking innovation.

Novomatic can offer this support better than a 92 year old Len. Whether this management can execute this successfully is another story...
