They are a reseller of an accounting package. Look up how many other Netsuite resellers are out there. Not only are they competing with MYOB, Xero, they are competing with other resellers of Netsuite.

Why? They're yet to make a profit despite being a mature company in a mature market and despite multiple capital raisings and company acquisitions and huge promises. Look back over the last 2-3 years and you'll see this exact scenario play out at least twice before.
