I agree that there has been some recovery from this Brexit fallout, but in the form of slow and steady fluctuations between 3 and 3.3 cents, plus a strong floor at 3 cents to halt it dipping into the 2's...however...20% in one day is hardly appropriate recovery in this context. A slow and steady increase would be more like it IMO.
Was it Newton who said "for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction"? This is the kind of recovery you see the day after a similarly substantial fall, not a gradual decline
