In the murky world of stock exchanges around the world you can only assume it is being shorted again, however as I have said previously the short numbers are never guaranteed as the ASX have as a disclaimer on their web site. How they get away it baffles me.
But if an insto can make money lending stock while also shorting it while waiting for a retrace it's a win win win!
