Maybe, instead of spending hundreds of millions of shareholders funds over the past five years for no financial return (nor any sign of financial return for an indeterminate number more years to come), maybe MSB should have spent the capital buying the company that makes this exciting catheter thingy-ma-jig whose praises everyone is singing.

It might have meant that MSB could have been at a point of self-sustaining commercialisation today, instead of starting down into the possible fiscal abyss.
