Small Fry- i too had irritable bowel syndrome, but not because of corn. anyway, probiotics(Yakult) is the best insurance for your guts and intestinal tract no matter what you eat or drink .
i take it religiously, and can "abuse" my guts at will , without any undesired reaction.
