I theory yes JnJ but in practice I wonder - very few oppies have changed hands at 2c most have been around 2.5c or higher
Perhaps they will try that game but to honest they would make more coin running it up than playing that type of arbitrage shenanigans
They could try a bit of both
Also to make the most out of that game many more oppies would have already been converted as it would be more profitable in percentage terms around this level
The chart looks like it could be ready for another leg up lets see
