I have contacted the company an there was only one patent that had " prior art " this was the 3 rd patent. The patent lawyers looked at it and they said that the patent application from LWP was different enough that they would get the patent. If you still don't believe me go to the Australian patent site and search her name or the patent numbers. AIMO DB
