I was listening to extended news on Nice earlier this evening. There's an opinion it is an ISIS end play strategy to force international indignation and troops on the ground in the Middle East to crush ISIS ... one wonders what would be re birthed from ISIS?

A less bloody alternative would be an absolute ban on further Muslim immigration and refugees into Europe and mandatory deporting for any Muslim finding his way onto security watchlists.
