The so called rise of the minor parties is a mirage that will be short lived imho.
The Coalition received 42% of the first votes (primary votes) and that's an impressive indication to me that people continue to understand that party politics has served the country well and will continue to do so.
Even Labor's paltry 35% when added gives - hang on - yep - 77% of the voters who support the major parties.
