The greatest gift you can give someone is your personal development--full marks for adhering to the winding trail toward "Higher Learning". As a person who is mentally buoyant-you would understand that our thoughts and words and how they are expressed represent who we are-and the ability to get along harmoniously with others is an asset impossible to underestimate.Nearly all the tension and misunderstandings in our world today is brought about-not by difficult conditions-but by disturbing emotions aroused in personal ,group,or public contacts.
One example being... 'organized antagonism' generated via the- 'Howling Madhouse'- that is Lynas!

Hence, freedom of expression-as a way to successful outcomes has its drawbacks.Individualism can be carried to extremes.When it is,we find egocentric,selfish,arrogant people making life difficult for themselves and others. And when self confidence [glaring] is in short supply,these same people become antagonistic-and try [very hard] to undermine those who disagree with them--inhibiting many good thinkers from voicing their opinion here on NTU.
