Concerning the Bejing contract, QTK announced that they have a US$380M contract, Warderly (Hong Kong company) has confirmed to have signed a contract to produce transponders, QTK announced that they have deployed the Bejing base station network and confirmed 3C compliance and that Warderly would commence manufacture.

Given this, you would logically presume that it's real and happening.

If you presume so, then invest in the company. If not, then sell your shares and invest in another company. Simple as that.
