FAR response to my query, page-87

I'm just a small time punter but I have been in the market for over 40 years. Nothing would suprise me.
We are in shark invested waters. I've been ranting as some would call it since the weekend.
I'm old and bloody slow to join the dots and probably completely wrong. I don't post much unlike some.
But a few things have fallen into place.
The most obvious question to ask yourself is:
Would a company as big and smart as WPL, knowing about the pre emptive rights, have announced his deal without having their bases covered as best they can?
Would they have announced this deal with a FAR register wide open so that anyone else could walk in and potently walk away with FAR and 50% or more of Sengal depending on CNE completely guzzumping WPL and leaving them empty handed.
As I said in am earlier post. If that is the case then WPL's management are bloody stupid and I would sack the lot of them.
And be bloody suspicious of some of the posters around here because I believe some of them are part of the deception as well.
