    1. The trading halt is requested pending finalisation of documentation in respect of Odin’s acquisition of gridComm Pte Ltd (via Austasia Industrial Pty Ltd);
    2. The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday 21 July 2016 or when an announcement is released to the market;
    and 3. Odin Energy limited is not aware of any reason why trading in its securities should not
