With regards to the Unmarketable Parcels, what happens to the shares that are bought back by the company? Do they come off the total shares available?
What I'm getting at is if there are less shares on the market, generally we see an increase in share price, don't we? Which could then, presuming they do another capital return, mean that the return per share will be higher?
I'm expecting many investors would've bailed out and taken whatever they can get.
Could be an interesting week or two.
(Hope that makes sense, and thanks in advance to anyone who can clarify for me!).
