As Gary has stated on a number of occasions, this is also his and Management's preferred option as well (ie TSN to acquire CX's shares in TSI). I am confident that the original deal with CX Partners will have provided TSN with an option to do this and I suspect that this is currently being worked on. Price/cost of the shares will be the only potential issue IMO .... however I reckon we will at least increase our holding to over 50% within the next few months. Once this occurs the disclosure issues will be removed and everyone will realise how much has been achieved to date in terms of profitability and cash flow.

My sentiment remains unchanged but I am happy to see the down ramping / scare mongering continue as it is providing opportunities I never thought I would have again to acquire at these levels
