Assuming ML is granted, Mc of $50-100M will be shamelessly low compare to Pilbara Minerals which has a "development project" based on highly soeculative Lithium which will be speculatively in high demand in one application - cars batteries.
That "developmental project"(as their website says) has MC of $700M+
