Yes, the balance sheet unfortunately looks poor because it's PSF past history only up to December 2015 not SYT history. SYT only bought PSF so that SYT could enlist on the ASX. Not because PSF had any assets of note and certainly not for the business that SYT runs.
What we need is some SYT financials with Pokémon Go included.
