    interesting the company is now looking to get shareholder approval for diluting shareholdings at .03 nad .04 cents without offering a placement to existing shareholders. Share issued under new 7.1 rule and if now approved by existing shareholders they can issue another 15% without shareholder approval. So starts again and the little guy is left out once again!
