With respect to views that they must move heaven and earth to exercise pre-emptive rights consider the following analogy.

The NSW Government has committed to numerous major transport and urban growth infrastructure projects across Sydney.

I personally know that the judicious purchase of property in key spots would reap me massive returns. But obtaining the necessary finance to take advantage of that knowledge is simply not possible without massive risk (nothing is certain) if indeed I found a way to raise the capital anyway.

Hence I am unable to take advantage of a near certainty. Does not make me incompetent or mean I am not acting in the best interests of my family (shareholders)

I am sure everyone could point to a a similar example.

Hope that makes sense and can help some people release what appears to be simmering anger at scenarios that have yet to play out.

I "hear" what you say and I'm definitely not going to point a finger to FAR management or suggest anything at this stage. I've stated earlier... the jury is out... we need to wait..

But one thing that don't fly with me, ever again, is the comments by company management that they work in the best interest of shareholders. That is the biggest load of shite ever to be uttered by anyone. We can only hope and pray that we do in fact have a management that is true to word when it comes to that expression... .. I still hold trust and therefor am still holding. .. time will tell.... very soon I think..
