FFS, I understand the premise of a start up business. My point which is clearly being missed is that there is a narrow window to succeed in, in the tech space. The window closes every day and while the "negotiations" carry on, the chance of success dwindles.
Time for some real disclosure from the company, time for some real deals to be signed. Not proposed launch dates to be missed and then downgraded (surprisingly to the acceptance of some share holders?).
Too many of these "startups" fail due to mismanagement and failure to deliver in a timely manner.
The clock is ticking......
