And after the startup what will happen to the concentrate? Just stockpile it or are there any buyers?
Not much information on that front and IMO that is the white elephant in the room holding the SP back. There is no point of spending a single cent on Norton if you cannot sell the product....

Not having a go, just a plain and simple observation. Who is going to buy the concentrate and at what price, what are the profit margins? Without this certainty Norton remains a dream...
