Van eck now at 102m , so they have accumulated another 5m shares from a week or so ago , What I find interesting is how the buy orders have reduced heavily and sell orders have been stacked, this reminds me of the SP movement when we were sitting in the 31 to 33c range the same again buy orders reduced, sell orders stacked and the SP moved down to 27c than took off like a rocket after that.
