By the time that they declared, they probably have twice the amount of shares that they are declaring.
That is the reason why ML was so reluctant to do so and you can see why. As soon as there is something in the air, all the sellers put their prices up.
My guess is that they are probably over 10% by now. I am happy with that; I would have been happier though if it's one of the big oil players. Then again they could be doing it for one of the big boys.
Who knows at this stage, suffice to say that with Flamant a duster and POO at 68, except for this floor price of 2.02, HDR sp would have been in real trouble.
