I can't see how my last post was off topic but such is life. What happened in the end common sense prevailed. A number of board changes were made and that was about it. Probably still some underlying tension. At 14/14.5c there would still be a number of players 40 to 45% up and I guess it would be tempting to take some profit and run. My understanding most of the new issue at 12c is much more likely to stick given the institutions involved. Onward and upward.
