CNE will be all in. Or even if they don't why tell the market early or WPL
Hence WPL will be left like a fish out of water.
Flapping around and going nowhere.
WPL have to make a play on FAR.

And if I was CNE I would notify COP I am going to pre emptive one day before the deadline ie 11/10/16.

As I said IN A earlier thread FAR Board need to sell FAR to the highest bidder ASAP.
